• Safety presentation begins at 9:00 AM

Breakfast is free — we just ask for optional donations to help cover the cost.

OUR MISSION

Gainesville Flyers is a non-profit chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA Chapter 1556), proudly based at Gainesville Municipal Airport in Gainesville, Texas.

Our mission is to revive and strengthen the local aviation community by organizing engaging events, activities, and opportunities for aviation enthusiasts of all ages.

We are especially committed to introducing young people to the exciting world of aviation, inspiring them to explore its many career paths and possibilities through hands-on experiences like Young Eagles flights, educational programs, and community outreach.

By fostering a passion for flight and general aviation, we aim to build lifelong connections and keep the spirit of aviation alive in North Texas. ✈️
